Notiz Hotel and Restaurant Wannee are run by students of Hotel Management School Leeuwarden. The students apply theory directly into practice in our restaurant and hotel. They are being guided and trained by hospitality professionals - our practical instructors. With this approach, we have been training top professionals and game changers in the hospitality industry for over 30 years.
